PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION IN APPLIED IMPROV
Get certified in the skills that make people great to work with.
The Offer Project certifies professionals in three observable skills: Observe and React, Commit, and Collaborate. Learn the method, demonstrate it live, and earn a credential your employer can verify.
Observe and React
Understand the reality in front of you and respond truthfully to what is actually happening.
Commit
Have a point of view and stay with it, even when the plan changes mid-meeting.
Collaborate
Perform with anyone, treat your partner like a genius and make them look good.
THE CREDENTIALS
A credential your team can verify
Every Offer Project credential is earned by demonstrating the skills live, scored against the Three Tenets and backed by a public verification page. Private cohorts and workshops are available for teams.
Foundations
Self-paced online course and assessment. Learn the Three Tenets and earn your first verifiable badge. Launching in 2027.
Certified Practitioner
A live 2–3 day cohort plus a capstone. You demonstrate all three tenets and leave with a credential anyone can verify. Pilot cohort: early 2027.
Certified Facilitator
Train-the-trainer for coaches and L&D teams. Get licensed to teach and score The Offer Project’s Three Tenets inside your organization.
WHY IT WORKS
Built on stage. Proven at work.
Developed in a working theater
The Three Tenets were developed and refined over more than a decade of running an improv school and performance venue.
Observable, not theoretical
Each tenet shows up in behavior you can see in a meeting, a sales call or a handoff, at any skill level.
Earned, not clicked
No click-through quizzes. Practitioners prove the skills in the room, so the badge means something to the people who check it.
