HOW CERTIFICATION WORKS

Scored on behavior, not on a quiz

Every Offer Project credential is earned the same way: you show the Three Tenets in observed scenes, and an evaluator scores what they see. Here’s the whole system.

Two observed scenes

You’re scored in two scenes, real or role-played, so one good moment can’t carry you.

A four-point scale

Each tenet is scored 0 to 3: None, Some, Standard or Advanced. Standard means the behavior was present and reliable across the whole scene.

12 of 18 to certify

Nine points per scene, eighteen in total. Twelve means Standard or better on every tenet, consistently.

Verifiable on LinkedIn

Certified practitioners get a badge with a credential number and a public verification page an employer can check.

“Not yet” isn’t failure

A score below 12 points to the exact tenet to work on next. Practice it, get re-scored and earn the credential when the skill is there.
