FAQ & BOOKING
Booking details & next steps
What happens after we submit the contact form?
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days to confirm your goals, audience, timing, and delivery format (in-person or virtual). Then we’ll recommend a starting workshop or program and share a clear next step—proposal, calendar holds, or a short scoping call.
What info should we include to get an accurate quote?
Helpful details include team size, seniority mix, location/time zone, preferred dates, and the outcomes you’re aiming for (communication, leadership, collaboration, etc.). If you’re not sure, send what you have—we can scope the rest together on a quick call.
Do you run sessions virtually, in person, or both?
Both. We deliver energizing virtual workshops as well as in-person trainings and retreats. If you’re hybrid or distributed, we’ll recommend the format (or blend) that best supports participation, psychological safety, and real skill practice.
How long are your workshops and programs?
Offerings range from 60–90 minute sessions to half-day/full-day workshops and multi-week programs. We’ll match the length to your constraints and the behavior change you want—so it feels doable and produces outcomes, not just a fun hour.
Will the training work for introverts or improv beginners?
Yes. No performance experience is expected. The exercises are designed for everyday workplace communication, with clear instructions, opt-in pathways, and a supportive pace. The goal is practical skills—listening, clarity, adaptability—not putting people on the spot.
Can you customize content for our team and culture?
Absolutely. We tailor scenarios, language, and practice rounds to your roles, org norms, and real challenges. You can also share examples ahead of time (meetings, feedback, cross-functional friction), and we’ll build exercises that map to your day-to-day reality.
