The Certified Practitioner credential is earned in the room, not on a quiz. Over a 2–3 day live cohort you learn The Offer Project’s Three Tenets, practice them in scenes with your cohort, and then demonstrate them in two observed scenes.
How it’s scored
- Each tenet (Observe and React, Commit, Collaborate) is scored 0 to 3 in each scene: None, Some, Standard or Advanced.
- Certification requires 12 of 18 points, which means Standard or better on every tenet, consistently.
- You can’t pass by being brilliant at two tenets and absent on the third.
A score below 12 isn’t a failure. It shows exactly which tenet to work on next. Practice it, get re-scored and earn the credential when the skill is really there.
