The method was built to be taught by more than one person. A written curriculum means every participant learns the same skills in the same order, no matter who’s leading the room.
Teaching also makes people better at the skill. Once you know the room is watching for the tenets, you hold yourself to them.
What facilitators do
- Co-lead a cohort before leading one solo.
- Run scenes and make real-time adjustments so participants feel what “good” feels like.
- Score fairly against the Three-Tenet Scoresheet and calibrate with other evaluators.
- Keep an annual license to teach and certify under The Offer Project.
